  • Synopsis

    This is the story of a band of small time crooks who go for the big job but quickly get in way over their heads. Harmless, inept, and inefficient, they are usually involved in mostly unsuccessful and unpredictable schemes. During a museum burglary, the alarm, which was supposedly disconnected, goes off and one of the band is trapped behind the thick steel doors of the main exhibit room. A second band member is turned over to the local police. In order not to alert the other police stations in the vicinity, they have no choice but to replace the real cops. That's when the trouble really starts.
